POLARISED SUNGLASSES OVER GLASSES: WHITE
When it comes to choosing a cost effective, neat solution to your prescription requirements, Frost are difficult to beat. Rapid Eyewear's sunglasses that fit over glasses are lightweight, strong and optically correct. They go over existing spectacles that are no larger than 13cm wide x 4.3cm high - if your specs are larger than this, please buy one of our medium-size pairs (not available in white - see separate product listings) instead.

The Frame
Made from a tough polycarbonate, the lightweight frame fits comfortably over most styles of spectacles. It features a high quality, fashionable white finish.
The Lenses
Impact resistant polycarbonate lenses are fitted to Frost. They feature polarised filters which remove glare from your vision by filtering out horizontal light that bounces off surfaces such as roads and car windscreens. The light treatment is Category 3, which is perfect for sunny conditions.
A flash mirror coating reflects sunlight when outdoors, effectively hiding your spectacles in the process (note: flash mirror lenses only work in sunlight. Artificial lighting will pass straight through the lenses).
Conformity
Rapid Eyewear products comply with all current British, European and US standards. They offer 100% UVA / UVB (UV400) protection.
Uses
Rapid Eyewear over-glasses can be used as 'every day' sunglasses and also for driving, cycling, running, fishing etc. For sports use, please consider adding a retainer strap by changing the drop-down menu at the top of this page before completing your purchase.
